unit of headers sanding belt with pilgrim pitch process, including a belt unload unit from the workpieces collecting belt to the headers sanding belt, and including all mechanical, pneumatic parts as well as any required solenoid valve.
A positioner is provided for the components in the grasping area.
2 truing machines (on the top and in the back) are provided for clamping and centering the radiator hub.

BUFFER UNIT OF NR. 4 RADIATORS TO FEED THE BELT SANDING MACHINE:
The buffer unit is deputed, first, to receive and hold two radiators coming from the headers processing belt, and then, once the radiators are set, the buffer moves longitudinally to let the grasping unit put down the next two components coming from the headers machining belt.

UNLOAD GRASPING UNIT for the belt sanding machine, providing the loading for the feed belt of the threading machine, being driven by brushless motor. The grasping unit draws radiators two by two and it transfers them to the feed belt of the threading machine. Once the threading machine is standstill, it puts the radiators down in the storage unit POS. L/1.

RADIATORS EMPTYING UNIT, providing such inclination to let the water flow outside, full with washing. The unit is provided with casings as much as possible, in order to limit the emission of water and steam in the air.

ASSEMBLING UNIT made of nr. 2 screwers with brushless motor fitted on av-ind carriage, driven by brushless motor.

NIPPLES LOADING UNIT, fully equipped with nipples storage bin, nipples guideways, laminating device for packings and carriages.

CASINGS with a foldaway door system to prevent from flow of water and leakage of steam and chips off the machine. A seal and lockup system will be provided also on the top by a hood, to be opened only if necessary.

CONVEYER UNIT, providing to draw a single set of radiators from the processing line, fully equipped with mechanical parts and a ratiomotor. It is equipped with a lock for the radiators set, in case and accordance with a manual selection for the formation of the chosen set.

LINEAR TRANSFER UNIT with pilgrim process, equipped with double mechanincal carriage driven by by brushless motor. It provides the transferring of a set of radiators from the conveyer unit (POS. O) and from the in-water pneumatic test tank (POS. Q), to the release/discharge belt (pos. R). An automatic drainage system is also provided in the test tank area.

STAINLESS STEEL TANK for the in-water pneumatic test, provided with water overfall system for a set of di radiators and full with mechanical and pneumatic parts, solenoid valves and water hydraulic distributor. Tank capacity: max 14 components.

RELEASE/DISCHARGE BELT FOR TESTED BANKS.
It is composed of a band with special belts providing a first release, as well as a second belt and a rubber matting as handling area controlled by operator. (inox)
The parts being more exposed to water are made of stainless steel plates or tubes; the bottom is equipped with case for water recovery.
